Transmitting alarm data from often extremely rural locations requires a flexibility of options including Redcare, IP, and often integration with existing telemetry solutions (such as Cortech or Modbus).

Alarm data can be received via conventional security monitoring or via our First Alert Bureau. The bureau provides cloud-based monitoring with site visualisation GUI’s together with remote maintenance / interrogation facilities (e.g. viewing logs, changing codes, adding and removing users and zone isolation).

Our approved system achieves low false-alarm rates using ‘true’ confirmation technology together with bespoke software giving outstanding results in the most challenging of environments.
